House is just like the pictures and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

We were not able to stay at this property. The check-in process and communication prior to our trip was great. The property has lots of space and amenities; however, we experienced a major issue with our stay that still has not been resolved.Because of this experience, I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. The most concerning issue was that we had a leak in the ceiling that appeared to be caused by the air condition, and we had to shut it off in order to get the leaking to stop. When we called for assistance, they were unable to send anyone out immediately and was unable to provide a time when someone could come to fix the issue. This caused us to miss our Disney after Hours event that we paid for that day and we decided to move our family to alternative accommodations because of the extreme heat upstairs (having no AC was not acceptable). We received no follow-up calls or updates regarding the issue and we have not received any updates to date concerning our refund request.Outside of this issue, we found ants in several of the rooms and the sheets were not cleaned in one of the rooms. The property also appeared more dated than the photos appear.
