What a perfect place for a family visit to. Cotter. Perfect location to walk to fishing, swimming, parks, stores, fly shops, food, drinks and entertainment. The house is perfectly stocked and super comfy beds and the decor is great!
Hostess was very welcoming, turned the light on for us as we got there after dark. The house was so cozy and inviting. We all felt so welcome and able to relax after running the cotter half marathon. Very clean and comfy. Hostess was very kind. 10/10 recommend
Nice place to stay in Cotter. Only negative is back alley where you have to drive to park was very rough from all the rain. A car might have trouble driving down it.
Such a welcoming cottage! We LOVED our stay there in September and would have loved to have a few more days to explore the town and enjoy relaxing at The Vintage Cottage! Great communication with the property manager who gave us some tips about kayaking the White River, etc...Would definitely stay at this home again. Loved all of the decor and they thought of absolutely everything one would need. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
My family stayed at this rental to view the total solar eclipse. The cottage was perfect for our needs! We appreciated how clean it was, including fresh white fluffy towels. Great WiFi and a comfortable reclining couch in the living area. We were able to walk down to the park for the eclipse viewing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque spot. The whole family from age 3 to 75+ had a wonderful time! Would absolutely stay in this house again. Thank you!

Clean very Clean
This would be the perfect little place if on hot summer days it had central air. Fans had to be ran to keep all the rooms a comfortable temperature. With the AC wall unit next to the TV it made for less than an ideal viewing experience. Everything else about the place was top notch.
Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!
