farm house - renovated lovely clean house plenty of room safe land secure - close to wine growers wineries distillaries so many places eat and dine on your visit to swan valley - the house is situated on working horse stud - this is a rural area - 5 minutes to bells rapids SEC - Houghton's sandlefords Belvoir Oakover winery theswan valley is only a very short dirve form the city of Perth we have plenty room to park your private’s trailer or caravans - we have been know to accomodate horses for our guests-
