We were there over the weekend for a tournament.The hot tub was huge! The rooms are clean.The location is perfect. A few steps from a play ground if you are bringing kids. Parking pad on the back is such a great bonus too! The set up of the property is really great for a party with multiple vehicles.The host is very easy to deal with, replies right away and gives super clear instructions. Will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful weekend in Sylvan Lake! The house was the perfect place- walking distance to everything we needed, plus a relaxing place to call a temporary home. The hot tub was clean and in good shape. We enjoyed the lovely back deck in the morning. The host was communicative and helpful all the way through.

Birthday Getaway

It was such a fun and relaxing stay. Everyone enjoyed the property and it was so nice having the several beds and fun activities. The hot tub was such a luxury and definitely utilized. The host was kind and thorough and even when we couldn't find the garbage bags, she immediately got them to us! Could not recommend more! :)

Birthday Party

Planned a birthday trip to Sylvan Lake, was reach out by the owner. They were super accommodating and welcoming. Giving us many options to enjoy our stay. Always checking in and quick to respond when we needed clarification. Once we arrived, the place was spotless and clean. So much space to do many activities with our group. We enjoyed all the amenities offered, we wanted to stay for another day as it is perfect for our size of the group. We are definitely keeping this one in our books if we need to stay over again. Definitely recommend this place! Hope to come back soon.

We recently stayed at this property and there were definitely some positives. The location is excellent, with easy access to the lakefront, and the house itself is very spacious. There was plenty of room for our group, the backyard was large, there was ample parking behind the house, and we appreciated having a fire pit and hot tub available.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several cleanliness and maintenance issues. At first glance, the house appeared clean, but it quickly became apparent that it wasn’t. Within the first 15 minutes of arriving, our one-year-old was crawling around the kitchen and front living room, and her knees and legs were completely black from the dirty floors. The kitchen cupboards were also very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Simply opening them to put away our groceries left our hands feeling greasy and sticky.We also found a shard of glass on the basement floor, which was a significant safety concern, especially since we had young children with us.Another thing to be aware of is that the house does not have air conditioning. This wasn’t obvious to us from the listing. During our stay, the upstairs bedrooms became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Fans were provided, but not all of them were working.The biggest disappointment was the hot tub. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because it had one. This vrbo was great for our moms getaway. There was 6 of us and the house provided plenty of space for us. The hot tub was a bonus but in the advertisement photos there was AI used so not truly what you get from the photos. AI was used on a few photos but mostly the pictures represented what was there. There were a few things run down but nothing to prevent enjoyment to our stay. The host was really great to communicate with and we all agreed that we would like to go back next year.
