Your host

The current property available for you to stay in is my families home which has been renovated to a pristine condition. We enjoy walking in the lovely parks nearby as a family, as well as stopping by one of the many fantastic cafes and having a lovely meal.

Why they chose this property

We chose this area as the location is in such a convenient place. You just have to cross the street and you can go to various bus stops which will go to so many places, including Town Hall where you can take the trains to go to your destination, or to Rozelle Bay to access the light rails. There are various parks nearby, both children friendly and dog friendly parks, as well as countless medical places nearby including dentists, optometrists and GPs, shops, supermarket…

What makes this property unique

The thing that makes our property stand out the most, is the location. The transport available nearby is so convenient, but additionally, there are various paces to buy groceries, from the big companies like Woolworths, IGA and Bakers Delight for generic foods and baked goods, as well as a seemingly unlimited amount of amazing cafes, restaurants and fast food establishments such as domino’s. A pre-school and primary school are just down the block and only a suburb away is a high school too. There are many other places such as bike shops, flower shops, op shops, tattoo parlours and lingerie stores too and if that isn’t enough, it’s only a 5 minute bus ride to a large shopping centre known as Birkenhead point, or a 5 minute bus ride in the opposite direction to go straight to the city.
