Choose from two spacious bedrooms on the lower floor, including the main bedroom with large double vanity ensuite and walk-in shower, or relax on the lower level balcony with table and chairs - the ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee in the sunshine.

Upstairs, the breezy layout features a beautifully appointed master suite with plantation shutters, classic VJ panelling and a sleek modern ensuite with dual basins. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels and pool towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring any personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy. As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property. This complex + unit are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, including the balconies. Extra fees will apply for breaches.
