Awesome Property

The property looked just as listed. The rooms were all spacious and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood and amenities were great. The neighborhood is located close to grocery store, eats and attractions. Would definitely book again

Excellent property!

House was huge and very clean! Lots of top end appliances and had everything we needed for the long weekend stay of moms and kids! The pool in the backyard was great to have but the community pool is where we spent a lot of the time. Super convenient location with lots around and overall really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

There were a few things that could be improved. The pots, pans, and overall cooking supplies could use an upgrade. The pots were too small to cook big meals. I would expect that a house that sleeps 14 would have cooking supplies to support large groups. The cooking utensils were quite flimsy and cheap. The can openers were not functional so we had to purchase those. There were no oven mitts. We had to purchase that, too. The carpets could use a cleaning or replacement. We didn't use the game room much. The foosball table's cord looked cut so we didn't try to plug it up. Other than those items, the house was nice. There was enough room for 10 of us with room to spare. The pool is large enough for the family. There was construction going on behind the house that was noisy and rattled the house but I know that's beyond the owner's control. Overall, a nice place to stay. It just needs a few tweeks.

Property in general is great and excellent value for money, loads of space for our group of ten family members from late teens upwards. Excellent seating / entertainment areas, pool area was great but smaller than other properties we have stayed at and therefore lacked in seating configuration particularly if you wanted to eat outside together. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, Games room is great feature, Bedrooms spacious with plenty of storage and bathrooms are thoughtfully spaced throughout the property.The property was generally clean although there is a lack of attention to detail cleaning. Management company were impressively responsive and swift to deal with a couple of small problems we had.Resort pool area is excellent however gets very busy at the weekends as does the whole resort! I should mention that check-in days around the weekend are complete mayhem with cars backed up all around the resort entrance which makes it extremely dangerous entering or exiting the resort. Resort management need to look closely at how this can be improved as it’s currently CHAOS!Finally to note there are currently building works to the rear of the property but in all honesty they did not overtly effect our stay.Overall this property is excellent value for money and we had an enjoyable stay!

Fun Resort But Disappointing Property

I want to start by saying that the Management Company provided excellent service. The property was very disappointing. We were greeted with a dirty, grease stained entry way. The same was evident on the back patio as well. Carpets throughout the house were absolutely filthy, making our socks and feet black. One of the toilets was left clogged, many remotes did not have batteries, The games room was an absolute let down for my grandkids. The Air hockey table and basketball game did not work. The net for the ping pong was broken and no password was provided for the PS leaving only the pool table for fun. The pool filter was not working, leaving a dirty residue on the water and required a service call. Our calls to the Mgmt company were handled very professionally and quickly. They provided a carpet cleaning company to shampoo the place, leaving us to deal with wet carpets for the day. The resort itself was fantastic and provided great activities and spaces. This is clearly a case of owner neglect and maintenance. As a cottage rental owner, I highly recommend the resort but not this individual property.

We responded promptly once informed and took immediate action, including sending out professional carpet cleaners the very next day. We appreciate constructive feedback and we're always committed to resolving issues quickly. However, it's important to clarify that the condition you describe does not align with the property’s usual standards nor with the experience of many other guests. We will continue working hard to maintain our high level of service and ensure the property is in excellent condition for future visitors.
