Remodeled In 2023! Atop 3.5 acres in the city limits towering over Henson creek and Lake City but walking distance to town..incredible views from every direction adjoining city limits, hiking trails, and henson creek adjoining property. Two spacious living areas, indoor dining room for 12 and Al Fresca dining for 8, two primary bedrooms with en-suite baths and two secondary bedrooms sharing a guest bath. Powder bath off kitchen.

THE SPACE:
Open kitchen/dining and living, front porch off kitchen with canyon views of alpine loop, living room and covered patio views of town and valley. Bathroom showers are small except one. Plenty of parking for ATVs trailers etc. strict no pet policy. One level
