Fantastic stay with a gorgeous lake view! This was the perfect spot for our guys' fishing trip—especially since we could keep the boat right on the water. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We'd definitely come back.

Property was beautiful. Nicely furnished. Well supplied. Owners allowed guests to access their boathouse and offered use of their fishing poles, etc. You can walk right to the lake. Plenty of firewood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hosts are nothing short of amazing! It was a rare extremely HOT week in Northern MN and the place does not have A/C (it is normally not needed because it is a lower level that is mostly underground) but the temperature inside became unbearable so they went and bought an air conditioner and had it installed that same day to cool us off. It was very appreciated and they are both very friendly and helpful and the place was spotless! Fishing was great, too! We were there for a bass tournament for our son and he took 5th place, lots of fish and lots of fun!

Very enjoyable!

Our hosts were very helpful, communicative, and attentive. They were so kind, and made our stay very enjoyable. They even helped us take our boat out of the water at the end of our stay. We would highly recommend this rental.

Amazing personal lake resort

The place was like our own personal resort. We unfortunately didn't have time to fully enjoy all the offered amenities, since we were in town for a funeral. We want to return to better enjoy the place.

Excellent Lake Stay

This rental is located on one of the nicest lakes in the Grand Rapids area. The apartment was immaculately clean and provided all the amenities for a fun filled and relaxing stay. The checkin process was seamless and the owners were very accommodating allowing us to use some of their personal property for our adventure. Minnesota nice!

Very nice

It was a very nice clean rental which we enjoyed. We had a view of Pokegama lake and that was great as we would watch the boats and water fowl. Snacks and a pizza were provided when you arrived which was Awesome and thoughtful.

Perfect Lakecation

This was a perfect location for our annual Grand Rapids, MN trip over the 4th of July. Tom and Annette were the perfect hosts - they were very accommodating with any of our requests and even offered to take us out on their pontoon for July 4th fire works! There were plenty of ways to cook (indoor and outdoor), lots of toys to play with (kayaks and paddle boat), loads of firewood for even bonfires - and perfect access to a clean swimming hole! We love Grand Rapids, it is our home away from home - and this was a beautiful location for this amazing trip.

Relaxing Lakeside

Well maintained secluded property. Even though it's on a popular lake surrounded by other homes it is secluded in the trees. Appears to be newly remodeled lower level walkout to the lake. There are pathway steps to navigate so ambulatory needs for anyone not capable of walking down a series of stone steps. Owners were very friendly and provided several personalized touches including welcoming packages and a detailed notebook describing features of the unit as well as suggestions for local amenities. Comfortable beds and a nice outdoor seating area provide a nice setting for communing with nature. Sandy beach with clear water and a convenient dock for those with a boat. Definitely worth another visit.
