What a view

The best part of this property is the lanai. It has an incredible view of the ocean. We spent hours on it, watching waves crash on Kaiaka rock. The condo is a little crowded with furniture and decorations, but well stocked with cooking implements. We definitely would return.

Gorgeous setting

Location incredibly gorgeous, but neighborhood in a failing resort a negative which really needs to be disclosed up front. We might have chosen to stay there anyway, and felt good about it if the decision had been an informed one. This felt more like misleading by omission.We couldn’t find the unit when we arrived at night in the dark and got no help by texting the company. You need to provide a diagram of the location. There was a broken coffee maker, no toaster and barely any dishwashing soap, laundry soap or shampoo. But again, the view from the lanai couldn’t have been better. The waves were mesmerizing. We saw whales waving their pectoral fins at us- or maybe it was to attract a potential mate. What a show!

Worst away from home experience ever. Given the lockbox code three separate times, two of them wrong, none of the promised support from a "property manager" who refused to answer her phone or return texts until the following day, once we got inside we found a place so disgusting, so filthy, so cramped (no resemblance to the website photos), and so full of other people's clothing that there was virtually no place for us to unpack. We arrived so late that we had no choice but to stay one night, but that was all. We were out the next morning though we had booked — and paid for upfront — five nights. Next call is to our attorney.
