Cozy and relaxing beach cottage is perfect for a summer getaway. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, open concept, great kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, tv/wifi, driveway for parking, washer/dryer in basement, office with bed downstairs, also the couch in the living room is a hide-a-bed. The outside has a big wrap around deck with grill. Sheridan beach, Zoo, and Washington Park are all in a 3 block walking distance, casino & outlets close by. Adorable café & restaurant down the street.
Weekly rentals only in summer months, Friday-Friday. Driveway can fit about 3 cars depending on size. The stairs are steep-baby gates are up to protect kids. If someone has trouble with stairs it is probably best to put them in the office/bedroom on the main floor. The bedroom upstairs with the twin beds has trundles with mattresses under each bed to sleep more people-best for kids. House is professionally cleaned after every stay.

Cafe/coffee down the street, Washington Park 3 blocks away, less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Blue Chip Casino also in walking distance with Cool Runnings bar/restaurant on the way. Lighthouse outlets close and adorable downtown.
Entire house is accessible for guests, however please respect anything marked “Owner”.
Beach house is close to cafe/restaurants, Blue Chip casino, beach, zoo, parks, outlets, downtown, breweries, and other shops. Great for families wanting a summer get a way, or Fall football games at Notre Dame!
Driveway can fit about 3 cars. Additional parking spots are available down the street across from Dunne Billies Café by Canada Park. Many attractions are in walking distance, otherwise a short drive away. South Shore train line and Amtrack close by.
