I give this property NO stars. DO NOT STAY HERE!it doesn’t meet basic safety or hygiene, the listing lies about features and inclusions and location. Basically deceptive and probably illegal.

We take feedback seriously, but this review contains several inaccuracies that need to be clarified for future guests.
Ceiling patch
This is not water damage. A tradesperson accidentally stepped on the plaster instead of the beam during maintenance, causing a cosmetic crack. It was temporarily patched before the next guest due to time constraints. It does not affect safety or use of the property.
Deck board
This issue was reported and fixed immediately. We thanked the guest and addressed it as soon as possible.
Lawn and fencing
The lawn was maintained and not overgrown. The listing does not state that the yard is fully fenced. If the guest had requested fencing for pets, we have temporary fencing available and would have arranged it, as we have done for other guests.
Storage area
That space is primarily a games room and second bathroom. The area shown in the photo is a clearly designated storage section that is not part of the guest-access areas. Guests are not meant to enter storage spaces.
Rubbish
Rubbish was removed on the next scheduled bin collection day, which was the day after arrival, not “three days later” as claimed.
We always aim to be responsive, fair, and transparent. None of the issues raised affected the guest’s ability to stay safely or comfortably, and most were either cosmetic or promptly resolved. We encourage guests to communicate concerns during their stay so we can fix things in real time, which we consistently do.
Good house with all basic essentials. Extra TV in dining room making living away with work colleague easier as we don't have to fight for what to watch. Extra bathroom and kitchen down stairs also adds a nice touch. Love the dryer, really good for us start working early and finish late. Really enjoyed my stay.

Honest review
My family of 5 stayed at this property for two nights and came across some issues. Photos were accurate, however the description did not mention that the second bathroom could only be accessed by going outside and downstairs, which we found to be inconvenient. The circuit also tripped multiple times during our stay (unsure of the cause but seemingly after someone took a hot shower?). The location was not ideal, as it was on a busy road where you could hear the traffic loudly from the front rooms. Entering and exiting the steep driveway of the property also was made more difficult due to it being located right before a busy turn. These issues unfortunately dampened our experience, however overall my family had a fairly comfortable stay.
