About this property

I want to share my house with you so maybe you will fall in love with this area just like I did! Oceanside recently updated home is just a short walk to the beach with NO streets to cross TO GET TO THE BEACH. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 Kings, 2 Queens & 3 full baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is room to spread out on the sectional sofa or enjoy meals around the large dining room table. There is also a large back deck with plenty of seating. The open floor plan creates a great atmosphere for visiting with everyone and will make for a very relaxing vacation. Located in South Nags Head at MP 20 1/4 where you will find the area a little quieter but still close to restaurants and shopping. Only 2 miles from the Outer Banks Pier and Fish Heads restaurant .Some must do's are The Wright Brothers Memorial, The North Carolina Aquarium, Hatteras Island and take a ferry ride for a step back in time to Ocracoke Island. With all of this and the ocean only 320' away you will need more than one week to enjoy it all.
There is a king and queen bedroom upstairs with a full bath. On the mid level you will find a king and queen bedroom and another full bath. The entry level of the house has the 3rd full bath.

Great Beach Location in Nags Heads

The beach was only a 2 minute walk. The beach wheelbarrow made bringing stuff to the beach so easy. Only one issue came up and the owner responded quickly. Location provides easy routes to activities: Manteo Dolphin Watch, Jennette's Pier Fishing, Wright Brothers, Bodie Lighthouse. Would definitely rent again if we plan to visit Nags Head / Outer Banks.

Family getaway

The house had everything that you could possibly need while being away from your own home. It was very close to the beach and the sand buggy that was on sight was extremely helpful in getting all of our things down to the beach.

2023 obx vacation

The house was superterrific! Kerry thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing and in nice condition as well. We couldn't be more pleased and Kerry was super to deal with. I would highly recommend a stay at Highpoint II !!!! The proximity to the beach, outside shower, everything is just so nice and comfortable. We booked for 2024! Yeah buddy, can"t wait!

Super clean and super close to the beach!

We love staying in Nags Head and this is the first time we've vacationed with extended family (4 adults, 3 small kids). Located on a private street with few other houses and its own shared beach access. We found the property to be extremely clean, spacious, well appointed and equipped. The home has clearly been loved and cared for, featuring updated bathrooms, ample lighting (including night light receptacles throughout), and nice amenities like a private outside shower with ample hot water. There are plenty of dishes and cookware, appliances are newer and everything functions as it should. We found the host friendly, gracious, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to a similar group and would definitely stay again!

We have been coming to the OBX for decades then decided to move in 2015 We love the OBX and had to be near the ocean.The people here are from all over and very friendly.There is such a laid back atmosphere you cant help but feel relaxed!

Why they chose this property

We love South Nags Head because its a little more quite but still close to shopping and restaurants.So close to the ocean and sound you can enjoy an abundance of water sports,Kayaking,Paddle boarding,Jet Skiing and of course just relaxing on the beach!
