• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

Wake up to breathtaking, panoramic views of the California coastline from nearly every room in this stunning, recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat. Thoughtfully designed to maximize its unmatched ocean vistas, this home offers a spacious layout, modern amenities, and an inviting ambiance, perfect for a serene escape with family and friends. 

Home Features:
• Enjoy unobstructed coastline views from the living room, master suite, and second bedroom.
• ​​​​​​​Master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony and adjoining bath
• Master bath with a beautiful step in shower and private balcony.
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and also enjoys great ocean views.
• Please note the second bedroom is lofted over the living room and has an open (no glass) alcove window that looks down into the living room and downstairs areas
• Third bedroom has a full bed 
• Please note the second and third bedrooms share a skylight, and there is a small gap at the top of the wall between the two bedrooms- they are not sound proof.
• Full bath with a combination shower/tub off the upstairs hallway shared by the 2 bedrooms.
• Living room with flat screen tv, dvd player, and the best views of any home in the area.
• Half bath downstairs off living room.
• Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals.
• Front balcony with a BBQ .
• Wifi throughout the home.
• Full sized washer and dryer available for guest use in garage.

The place was very clean, easy access and off street parking. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and it was close to restaurants and the beach. The drive to the house was steep with sharp turns and could be a problem with rain. One of the bedrooms is open to the living room so it is limited privacy. Otherwise we recommend it.

If you’re looking for a great view this is a good spot. Downsides the beds are so uncomfortable one of us had to sleep on the couch (like concrete) Be prepared for stairs!

Winter beach/bike vacation

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and and stunning views from the house. Having a garage available made it easy for us to bring our bikes. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was really cozy. We stayed in the master bedroom and found it comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends and will be glad to return!

Chill landing spot

The house was an extremely comfortable way to end our day out and about in the sun. The family room with large bay window was a favorite spot for us to veg out as a family and enjoy the view. Easy access to local sites as well as a nearby well-stocked grocery. Would definitely enjoy again!

You cannot beat the view on this house. Even though the weather was crummy, the view from the house made up for it! The house has everything you may need, check-in/out is easy, and access to the garage and laundry is a nice plus. There are a lot of stairs, so for those with little ones just make note :)
