Our Bayfront Dream Cottage Includes, A half acre point on the edge of a spectacular, 11-acre-peninsula, with stunning southwest sunsets that last for hours. 270 degree views of the bay. Our little peninsula is nestled against and surrounded by one of the most sought after 8,000 acres State Parks in California: Montana De Oro. It is very, quiet! Giving you some much needed peace.
• We have a hot tub, a hanging comfy forest bed, you two can nap on while overlooking the sunset bay.
• We have a “love boat” to drink a glass of wine and cheers to the ever changing peninsula, outdoor fireplace, indoor electric fireplace, “serenity swing,” and of course “paradise!”

Welcome to the Morro Bay Cottage!
Hike the 7-preserves around Morro Bay and Los Osos: Morro Bay State Park, Montana De Oro State Park, Ancient Oak preserve, the Elfin Forest, Morro Bay Bird Preserve, Morro Bay Estuary and Preserve.
The bay has high tide and low tide twice a day, every 6 hours.
It always looks beautiful and different!
We live in the main home On the property.
You have complete privacy. We don’t see our guests, unless they text us for something, or we help them with their first time kayaking.
We allow small to medium well behaved dogs, upon approval.
• We are a boutique rental, and only have 2-people at a time. (If you book and due to covid need to reschedule, we will happily reschedule to an agreed future date.) Our couples love it here, it is usually their first outing. They are grateful there is a place with Pacific Ocean Air to find Peace.

Every will will take your breath away, every window has a bay view of Catamarans, Kayaks and meandering sandy paths!

About Chris and Shelene and Family:
Their son Jesse had 4-needless brain surgeries that inspired this family to change the law nationally! Shelene was not given a simple $25 Group B Strep (GBS) test at 35 weeks of pregnancy. The cure was $10 worth of penicillin at labor. They started the Jesse Cause Foundation - Saving the Babies from GBS, named after their son.
Chris and Shelene’s Goal: To get every pregnant woman in the United States tested for Group B Strep (GBS). Accomplished in 5 years on August 16, 2002, Canada and the European countries followed testing protocol. They are on a crusade to eradicate GBS. Shelene was not tested for GBS at 35 weeks of pregnancy, and their son Jesse almost died at birth and spent 2 months in the hospital.
