An ideal retreat for Desert Trip, Coachella, and Stagecoach. Recently upgraded bathrooms, flooring, and stack stone fireplace. The home has a great entertainment living area to accommodate you and your friends.

Pets may be welcome based submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $100 per pet fee- dogs only.

Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.

On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guest's experiences and do a property review.

No high-profile cars are allowed.
