The primary bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed and comes with a neat ensuite bathroom, ample wardrobe space and a TV. The second bedroom is also set with a queen, while the third bedroom has two singles. The main bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, plus separate toilet, while laundry facilities comprising both a washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience.

Parking is provided on the driveway. The property is within a battle-axe block, requiring access through a long driveway leading to the rear of an adjacent property.
