Bunbinya, a Federation cottage, is a charming retreat situated just a one-minute stroll from Mudgee Pool. Centrally located in the heart of Mudgee, it offers easy access to cafes, shops, and the iconic Clock Tower. Inside, you'll find original character complemented by modern conveniences, featuring three spacious bedrooms. The open living & dining area boasts a fireplace and a kitchen. A lush backyard with a huge sun-filled deck adds to the appeal, making Bunbinya the perfect stay for families.
Recently renovated, while still paying homage to its 1800s roots, Bunbinya, which means 'rest' in the local Wiradjuri language, is the ultimate Mudgee retreat for those looking to stay in style close to town. A charming front porch framed by flowering gardens invites guests inside.

The open planned interior gestures a cosy living area replete with two plush sofas, a flat screen TV with Netflix, bluetooth sound system, arm chair, and gas fireplace.

The sleek and modern kitchen features seafoam green tiles, white cabinetry, timber floors and a servery which opens out to the spacious deck. Guests will have access to a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The adjoining dining area offers seating for all six guests at an oversized timber table.

Outside, guests will find a sunny deck perfect for entertaining, with seating and a BBQ for al fresco dining. A spacious backyard provides ample room for children to play, and a fire pit enhances cosy moments with family and friends.

The home offers three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and portable heaters. The first and second bedrooms feature a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two in a double bed. The first bathroom is pristine, with a walk-in glass shower and free-standing soaker tub. A second bathroom offers a glass shower and is also equipped with a washer and dryer so guests can catch up on laundry during their stay.

Other amenities include reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living room, high chair, travel cot, Wi-Fi and luggage drop off.
