Overall experience was positive. Laundry in unit, electric stove top, full fridge, and location were convenient. H9wever, rhe driveway was too steep to park in for a corolla. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived: coffee pot wasn't clean and had mold, the floor was a bit dirty especially in the corners, and the bathroom mat was dirty. Overall the issues were relatively minor and the place was at a great price point.

Cute place perfect size for me. I love the location the view is amazing very nice deck has everything you need. 10 min drive from town the host are very nice and on top of everything I would highly recommend.

Fabulous Views & Excellent Location

As a former resident of Oahu I knew how amazing the view this apartment would have, but until I saw it with my own eyes, I had no clue how utterly stunning it would be. Diamond Head is right there, and stunning ocean views, this stay is truly a perfect location. My first time to park in the driveway was a bit scary, but with my partner standing outside, giving me assistance with distance to the garage, made things stress less. (*I made a mental note to position with the telephone pole next to the drive.)The apartment is now sporting a new fridge & washer/dryer combo, alleviating the coordination needs with upstairs renters to do laundry. Kudos to the owner and caretaker for making that happen. I made a time lapse video, driving down the hill and it’s blown up on social media! I will try to upload it here. As an added note, I stopped at every stop sign, even though it appears I blew through them. I enjoyed the closet room, nice to be able to close the door and have clothing out of sight. We ate every home cooked meal out on the lanai, and admittedly we had to retreat to the table inside due to a little rain shower that blew quickly though. That view - just can’t stress how fabulous it has been. Enjoyed cooking on the induction cooktop, I’d never used one before. And after internet research, using the new washer/dryer combo went smoothly. My first load ran 6:45!! I found that doing a short wash cycle with the most spin available, hanging the clothes went much better. We never got the cable to work on the TV, except for signing into our personal Netflix account. Not an issue, we watched it 1 time in a month! Much better things to do while in paradise than staring at a tv.
