IMPORTANT: Stay Awhile Villas is a professional property manager and uses a professional PMS system. Our integration between our PMS and VRBO limits our ability for us to charge a credit card processing, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the VRBO platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will onlly be charged the VRBO fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy when you stay at Belmont Beverly Hills.

Getting Around:
Sightseeing in LA is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Los Angeles. Since this villa is managed by us you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas all of cars are well optioned vehicles ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone.
Other things to note:
Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.
To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully.
1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.
2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.
3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.
5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.
7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free.
8) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.
9) Check-In/Out Info & Requests:
• Check-in: 4:00pm - 6:00pm, $50/hr before 4:00pm or after 6:00pm. Early check-in before 12:00pm incurs a full day fee.
• Check-out: 10:00am, $50/hr after 10:00am. Late check-out after 12:00pm incurs a full day fee.
• For early/late check-in or late check-out, notify us a day in advance in writing. Approval depends on various factors beyond our control, e.g., property condition, maintenance, staff availability, and unforeseen issues. We'll try to accommodate your request, but approval IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please inform us promptly of your request.
10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
11) Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
