The suite sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the tastefully furnished living room. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. A fully equipped kitchenette — with a refrigerator, small cooktop, microwave, sink, and coffee maker — makes it easy to prepare light meals, snacks, or breakfast in the comfort of your suite.

Nice key west location

Nice place to stay. Everything you might need for a short or extended stay. There is a stove that you can’t see in photos. I tried using chat to ask questions and didn’t get responses. Overall it was a great stay. It would have been better with an email with all the instructions. I missed the email for the contract, I had to hunt through my emails. That was the only drawback. The location was clean and fit us four perfectly.

Was ok a little worn

Positives: a 10 min bike ride to most things, interior was clean, comfortable for 2 maybe 3, pool is small - refreshing, grill works, front door lock works great and is simple, good tvs Minor rubs: it faces route 1 (Truman) so it is noisy. At night closing the bedroom door helps, it’s the downstairs unit with no rugs upstairs so you get foot traffic noise that can get loud, Furniture is a little saggy, yard is clumsy and not great furniture, patio lighting was not working In fairness I did not communicate with the owner as I did not have time.

Good for what we needed.

Place was good and clean, has a little pool and laundry out back. But what we didn’t like was the large security deposit and that it took 10 days to refund it. We left the apartment cleaner than we found it. We have all 5 star reviews for years of using other web sites and this also, places all over the world. We think it unnecessary for excellent guests with great reviews. Maybe that could be for new guests and not just for everyone. That was annoying having to ask multiple times for our money returned to us. We enjoyed the little place and bed was comfortable. A bit of a distance from everything in kw but that is what we wanted. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
