Elevated single level villa located in Sonoran Ridge at Desert Mountain surrounded by mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Ideal split floor plan with two master suites with full bathrooms and walk in closets + fireplaces in private home. 2 car garage, outdoor spa, dining area, grill, TV and fireplace. Minimum 30 day rental. *PLEASE NOTE* Desert Mountain community amenities such as pool, club house, fitness etc, are available only to guests who hold their own active Desert Mountain memberships. Our membership doesn’t transfer to our guests. *** Desert Mountain is gated so owner will provide guests’ names to the main gate, guests can show an ID to access, or a parking pass is available for $35.-To obtain this pass to get through without showing ID, we can put together a lease that the guest can take the the HOA office with their car for the pass to be placed.
