It is located equidistant between town/ocean beaches and the harbor. The property is surrounded by an over 100 acre nature preserve and has an expansive backyard that includes a children's tree house, basketball hoop and heated 20 X 42 salt water pool. Stroll the nature trails in the adjacent reserve or simply walk down the road to bay beach access.
One bedroom has a king size bed and the two others offer queen size beds.
The den, which includes a queen size pullout couch, can double as a fourth bedroom. The home has a large kitchen, central air, washer/dryer, gas fireplace, outdoor shower, decking and BBQ.
If you are vacationing with children, the house is equipped for their enjoyment with a play loft, toys, and beach gear included.
