Immersed in leafy surrounds and nestled right by the lake, this older-style property offers an authentic Boreen Point experience—simple, welcoming, and perfectly placed to unwind, relax, and recharge.
Spanning three levels, the home is full of charm, with timber finishes and a design that connects indoor and outdoor living.
Upper Level: Two bedrooms and a family bathroom, plus a covered deck with views through the trees and across the lake.
Mid Level: A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with pantry and gas stove, flowing into the dining and lounge area. A cozy indoor fireplace adds to the rustic atmosphere. The covered deck invites you to gather outdoors and enjoy the peaceful setting.
Ground Level: A self-contained apartment with queen bed nook, full bathroom, kitchenette, casual lounge and dining space, and a deck with BBQ and outdoor dining.
All levels are connected by an internal spiral staircase, with the ground floor also enjoying its own separate entrance—perfect for privacy or when rented individually during low season.
