55+ age rule is firm by HOA. This is a fantastic, safe and quiet place for our travel nurses. Looking for short term, all-inclusive, furnished accommodations? An easy drive to numerous area hospitals (we regularly rent to travel nurses working at Gulf Coast Medical and Lee County hospitals), and you can easily drive to & from Fort Myers Beach, as well as Sanibel, Captiva and Naples areas.

We travel a lot and always look forward to arriving to clean, safe, comfortable accommodations. It’s important to us to provide the same levels of comfort and safety, as well as enjoyable amenities to our guests.

Why they chose this property

We like the central proximity to both the beaches and numerous Lee County hospitals. We always consider our guests safety first, then comfort combined with a central location. This condo fits all those criteria, and being located on the second floor means no flooding issues, but there are steps to walk up - to reach the second floor. It’s a great minor workout but is not wheelchair accessible.

What makes this property unique

We pick upgraded furnishings that ensure your comfort level is met or exceeded. There’s nothing worse (to us) than a place that looks aesthetically pleasing, but is uncomfortable once you start living there.

We like to design each of our places differently so we have different themes in each property. This property follows a Greek/Euro theme, with our own pictures taken in the Greek Islands. We hope your stay is enjoyable.
