Great location and wonderfully appointed! Couldn't ask for a nicer place and the owner was amazing! One word of advice for future travelers - get off the tram at Stop 23 and walk up to the flat because drivers don't always stop behind the tram at Stop 24.

Lovely compact apartment,but if I wanted to do beds & empty garbage I'd stay home and do it for free

The property is very nice internally, and clean. The bathroom is very nice and I appreciated the toiletries provided. A welcome gift basket with food and a bottle of wine went above and beyond. It was quite hot when I arrived as the blinds were up and all windows shut, but the air con soon fixed that. The road works the first night were a bit unpleasant, but didn't matter too much as I used the bedroom at the rear. The open plan kitchen is delightful, with every bit of equipment you could need. However the trend for these sorts of apartments to increasingly expect you to clean up & do housework annoys me. I go on holidays to get away from that. I can see the day when we're expected to do minor repairs and wash the floors! If that's fine by you then this reasonably priced and nicely styled apartment is close to everything, well furnished and equipped with cutlery ,crockery, big fridge and freezer (not a silly little bar fridge) and much more.

I am happy to hear you enjoyed the apartment Alison. As a small business owner I take pride in offering the best customer service possible. I was a little confused with the 2 star rating as a result. The only clean up tasks I ask of my guests are to remove rubbish and place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I didn’t think this was too much to ask. Have a great Christmas.
