Absolutely loved our stay here! Communication with the host was excellent — quick, clear, and super friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and the place itself was cozy, spotless, and really comfortable. The best part was the river right under the balcony — such a peaceful view and perfect for relaxing after a long hiking day. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Fall River Condo Very Tranquil
We enjoyed staying at this gem of a condo during our week-long vacation to Estes Park. The best part is the way the back patio overlooks Fall River. We would just leave the sliding glass door open (has a great screen door there) so we could enjoy the babbling water. Wow! it was so peaceful and the host was absolutely wonderful and provided us some great suggestions on where to eat and local activities too. He showed so much hospitality. Friendliest place we've ever stayed. Very comfortable King bed.

Hi Maria! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review! We are so happy you enjoyed your stay so much! And thank you for letting us know the shower door was not sliding smoothly, so we could get the handyman over to fix it! We appreciate all your comments! We hope you'll be back soon!
This unit was PERFECT for our stay in Estes. We wanted to be close to the park for daily hiking and then come back and go out to eat. The location was great and the unit itself was wonderful: very clean, everything we needed and quiet place. Highly recommend.

From the owner: ''Maria, thank you for taking the time to leave a great review. We're glad it worked out so well for you and hope you'll be able to come back soon!''
This property was well appointed with everything we needed and it was clear everything was well thought out. There was tons of space for our stuff, and the kitchen was easy to use and included all the items we needed. The balcony was so nice for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We saw elk and deer from the property, and it was so close to the park. The bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch, and the kitchen had filtered water and ice. The instructions and communication from the owner were clear and helped us maximize our stay.

Good jumping off point for RMNP
Convenient location. Had what we needed. Pretty grim water pressure, particularly when you want a hot shower after a cold day, but otherwise met our needs.

Owner guest visit
This condo has a beautiful, quiet, luxurious feel. There is a wonderful balcony that overlooks a mountain river. It was fully furnished and stocked with lots of towels, extra bedding and pillows for the sofa bed as well as pots, pans and all the kitchen- ware we needed. The ice and the drinking water are both filtered and a coffee maker was provided. Leave your K-cups at home. There are games in the closet and televisions in both the living room and bedrooms, but we never turned them on as there was plenty to do. It was pretty close to town and you won't need 4WD to get in or out. It was a fantastic, restful, peaceful getaway that I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic Retreat in the Heart of Nature!
What an incredible week-long stay we had in December in Estes Park! The views from this unit are simply breathtaking and the proximity to the Rocky Mountain National Park cannot be more convenient. Every morning, we woke up to the sight of snow on the majestic mountains and the soothing sounds of the water running under the ice of Fall River—truly a nature lover's paradise. The kitchen in this unit deserves a special mention—it's a chef's dream! Fully equipped with top-notch appliances and utensils, it made our cooking experiences an absolute joy. Preparing meals while surrounded by such stunning views was an unforgettable experience. It was really easy to go to the local store and get groceries for our stay. In addition to the breakfasts and dinners that we prepared, it was also great to be able to cook snacks and lunches to take for our drives and hikes through the Park. The vibes in this place are unbeatable. The ambiance is cozy, warm, and inviting—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the beauty of Estes Park. Whether we were lounging on the balcony, savoring a meal at the table, or simply relaxing in the living room, the atmosphere felt like a true retreat. Moreover, the attention to detail in the design and furnishings added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. We felt pampered and cared for throughout our time here. My husband and I were debating nightly over who was going to use the rocking chair! In short, if you're seeking a place with amazing views, a quick drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, a fantastic kitchen for culinary adventures, and vibes that exude relaxation and tranquility, look no further than this condo. It's an experience we'll cherish, and we can't wait to return for more of these unforgettable moments!
