Perfectly nestled in the heart of the highly desirable Papamoa Beach fabulous for families or groups to stay!

Situated in a prime location, this property offers easy access to the beach, being just a few minutes' walk away, and is a 10-minute stroll to Papamoa Plaza, where you will find an abundance of amenities.

Bedroom 3: 1 x single bunk and 1 x double bed/single bunk. Great room for kids to sleep!

Open plan kitchen/living/dining area. Excellent Indoor/outdoor flow to the outside north facing deck makes entertaining a breeze.

Outdoor table, large family BBQ to cook on and bean bags to relax on. Fully fenced section makes the perfect spot for kids to play, sit back and relax and enjoy those summer afternoons.

Indoor/outdoor games available, table tennis table, dart board and board games for a rainy day! Boogie boards and foam top surf boards in the garage for your use at the beach.

Off-street parking available for up to 3 vehicles otherwise room on the road to park additional cars.

The location is simply exceptional. Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island and a host of other amenities are within walking distance to name a few eateries to walk to the popular Pap Tav, Bluebiyou and beach bar!

Access ways to beautiful Papamoa Beach are dotted along the street. The closest one is 4 houses down, 350m to the beautiful Pap beach!
