Staying at "Parkside", you will enjoy the best of Ballarat's outdoor recreation, being located less than 200 metres from Lake Wendouree, as well as our spacious Victoria Park across the road.

Guests will have access to the rear yard, which allows for multiple vehicles (including trailers or caravans), and is surrounded by a high fence with an access gate, securing your vehicles during your stay.

This inter-war era property is set up to allow up to 8 guests, across 4 bedrooms which include:
Bedroom 1: One king bed - can be split into 2 single beds
Bedroom 2: One king bed - can be split into 2 single beds
Bedroom 3: One single bed and a floor mattress under single bed
Bedroom 4: One single bed and a trundle under single bed
