Relax in the chic main living space on the second floor, retreat to stylish bedrooms, or head out to enjoy the beachfront or stellar community pools!
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. The contemporary dining nook seats 8 and overlooks the lake and porch through picture windows, and it opens to a kitchen that has all the appliances and gadgets you need! Accents in grey and black, such as modern lighting and geometric wallpaper in the powder room, help give the bright white space contemporary flair.
