Oceanfront Walkout - Sanddollar Suite

Welcome to our Oceanfront walkout, 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom (with an extra room for spillover sleeping for up to 3 little ones). You have the whole ground floor of our beautiful home with ocean views from each corner. A short walk down the stairs will take you to the ocean where you can make your way on the rocky beach to beautiful Sargeant Bay Park (10-15 minutes). You can also swim, kayak, paddle board or just relax by the ocean

The space
Our waterfront high bank patio with comfortable Adirondack chairs are the perfect start to your day with a cup of coffee looking out over the ocean. You can end your day the same way with a glass of wine taking in the breathtaking views.

World class mountain biking trails are minutes away near Sargeant Bay Park. Kayak/paddle board in a stunning setting right from our property if you wish.

We have a 1 bedroom (above the garage) suite on the property that we medium-long term rent for our relief nurses, doctors, teachers, social workers etc on the coast.

An EV FLO charger is available at our property.

Please NOTE: We are in a quiet rural area and garbage pick up happens every 2 weeks so be mindful and keep garbage to minimum! We provide recycling bins and compost bags!

There is a kitchenette, with a regular size fridge/freezer combo, double electric burner, microwave, kettle, Keurig, toaster. BBQ on the patio and there is no oven

Other things to note
Please note the "spillover" room has no windows only French doors opening into the living room therefore it can get hot during the summer.
