Fasching Haus boasts a great location, only two blocks from the gondola and downtown Aspen. This renovated, third floor 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom luxury penthouse has all-new contemporary finishes and furnishings. Guests enjoy the Aspen Mountain, Red Mountain, and Western sunset views. Luxury amenities include air conditioning, an open living area with skylights, a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, formal dining for up to eight, 60-inch flat-screen TV, an in-unit washer/dryer, and two entrances. The primary and guest bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs, fully tiled contemporary bathrooms, stylish decor, and great views.

Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, and an on-site workout facility. This complex has no elevator.
