This gorgeous freestanding home emulates Sydney's coastal lifestyle and is conveniently positioned within a 15-minute walk of Bronte and Clovelly beaches. Surrounded by manicured gardens, it offers a haven of style and tranquillity with multiple alfresco spaces, a dedicated workspace, a gourmet kitchen and in-unit laundry—as well as secure parking. Stepping out, you’ll have easy access to the trendy cafes of Macpherson, the iconic Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk, Gordons Bay and Centennial Park. Tucked among the peaceful backstreets of Bronte, this breezy dual-level home is a hidden oasis with Sydney’s world-famous coastline on its doorstep. From the outset, shades of green, white and blue hint at its seaside locale, while inside warm neutral tones are accentuated by local beach photography and pops of colour.
The open-plan living and dining area is located on the lower level. It opens to the garden, where an alfresco table encourages meals outdoors, basking in the fresh air. A gourmet kitchen makes it easy to cook up a feast with a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning over your first coffee. In the evenings, a large sofa invites you to unwind with books or a spot of TV. Split-system heating and cooling on this level keep temperatures comfortable, while all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The primary suite is also found on the lower level. It comprises a queen-sized bed and opens straight to the patio. A dedicated workspace caters to those needing to set up their laptop, while a neat ensuite bathroom and kitchenette offer true privacy. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms; one features a queen-sized bed, while the other has two single beds, perfect for those travelling with kids. Both these bedrooms open to the balcony furnished with wicker chairs. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a spacious rain shower and complimentary toiletries for your stay.
Guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Secure garage parking is provided for one car. We do not provide beach towels. Please pack your own. Due to safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children (or infants).
The beautiful seaside suburb of Bronte is a hive of activity year-round. Whether you’re hitting the surf, enjoying a leisurely dip in the ocean pool, passing through on the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk or simply relaxing in the park, this is one of Sydney’s most famous destinations for good reason. On the foreshore you’ll find fish ‘n’ chips shops, smoothie joints and cafes abuzz with activity. Wander up the hill to Macpherson Street and join the queue for breakfast favourites Three Blue Ducks or Huxtons at Bronte. Pilgrims is the go-to café for vegetarian fare, while locals head in droves to Iggy’s for its freshly baked bread and mouth-watering croissants.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Sorry, this home is not suitable for infants.

Well appointed house for a group of adults. There was missing essential household items (no rubbish bags, other household liquids). Generally clean; however needs a good clean & airing with pungent smells from dishwasher, etc.

Great kitchen and main bathroom, comfy beds and couch. Really cold in All Bedroom's! Only warm room was the living area and the aircon had to be up high ALL the time for ot not to be freezing cold. The ensuite had Black mould on ceiling and in the track for shower door. There is a sink/kitchenette in the downstairs bedroom and the cupboardsmelt mouldy. The bat fridge made a racket all night. The basin tap in the ensuite leaked ALL night. The humifier had to be emptied every day! The place is not ventilated well because of high fencing to south and the fact there is an earth wall slap bang next to the north wall. Major drainGe issues. The gutter and downpipe makes the stairs near bins very damp and mossy and dangerous. The internal stairs are very steep. I was glad we only booked 3 nights but it was not value for money goven the poor standard of cleaning and damp issue.
