Conveniently located off Hawthorn’s Burwood Road; you’ll be around the corner from the suburb’s diverse shops and cafes and right near Swinburne University. Enjoy a bright, two bedroom apartment—where contemporary designs and sleek furnishings complement an open-plan layout—that can fit up to four guests and is an ideal base when visiting Melbourne for business or pleasure.
Being just a three-minute walk from the train station, discovering the best Melbourne has to offer will be simple.
A home away from home, this stylish two bedroom apartment in Melbourne’s diverse suburb of Hawthorn is ideally located to offer the best of the area on your doorstep.
A contemporary living area complements an open-plan layout that features a large, furnished balcony with expansive views over the neighbourhood. Please note the BBQ you can see in one of the photos does not work. Step inside the glass balcony doors to find a lounge area that features a sleek, grey couch, comfortable armchair, sleek glass-topped coffee table and a wide-screen, TV that is mounted onto the wall.
Make use of a fashionable and fully-equipped kitchen with marble benchtops and all the modern appliances including a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and a full-sized fridge; and dine at the four-person dining table, or al fresco on the balcony.
After dinner, enjoy a drink on your private balcony before unwinding in either of the two naturally-lit bedrooms that come furnished with queen beds, quality linen and built-in mirrored wardrobes with hangers and shelves. Plus, a contemporary bathroom has white-tiled walls, a spacious shower, large vanity and a toilet; as well as the convenience of a laundry area complete with a washing machine and dryer.
Additional luxuries include a dual-system air conditioning and heating unit in the living room as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.
*The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
*Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
