The Beach Club C-103 is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath condo conveniently located on the ground floor of Catalina Tower.

• Access to the balcony from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining table seats four with two additional bar stools for extra seating



• Washer and dryer conveniently located inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed



Clubhouse Amenities (Optional):



• Beach-front community pool with bar/grill and seasonal kids’ entertainment, complimentary morning coffee, fitness center, indoor pool, onsite arcade, sauna, snack bar, spa (additional service fees apply), steam room, tennis courts, and towel service.



• Guests may enjoy the four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and food trucks without purchasing clubhouse access.



Clubhouse fee: $53/day/unit (up to $287 for seven days) — payable directly to the Beach Club. Monthly reservations are $100/month per couple.



Additional Features & Rules:



• Keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.



• Parking passes $42 each, plus tax. Two passes are automatically applied. Visitor passes $7/day. Notify the office if additional passes are needed. Registration is required for each vehicle.

A great trip as always. The floors could have been cleaned a lot better, the tub had no drain stopper, and there was a broken lamp and trash in the laundry room but everything else was as expected and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was absolutely all we hoped for! With 11 year old kids, it was so nice to be on the ground floor with the pool right in front of it. It made for an easy walk to and from the beach/pool. When we first arrived we didn’t have our initial toiletry items/towels, but they were quick to get them to us as soon as we let them know there was an issue. Condo was clean and surprisingly quiet being right in front of the pool. Beds were super comfortable. The resort was super nice and clean as well. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Close proximity to one of the pools on the property. Long walk to beach on the boardwalk, but I was aware of this having visited the property before. Felt very safe due to gated security. Condo itself was clean, neat and convenient.

We had a great time and we absolutely love theCondo! It was very clean! Any issues we had I Trip was very quick to respond! We loved being on the ground floor now that our children are older (9 and 12)! It made life so much easier unpacking and repacking and getting to the pool and beach every day!!! Highly recommend this condo and I do hope we get to stay at this condo again! We love the Beach Club!!

Nice being on ground floor

Family of 16 in 3 units. This was the least well furnished. Great location and beach access. Master bed is soo soft with deep indentations - really needs to be replaced. Guest room bed is nice and firm. A few pots were dirty in the cabinets but otherwise nice and clean unit. Enjoyed the food trucks and market place and beach, of course. We will return.

Great despite a few issues

Despite losing our perishable items in a faulty refrigerator, not once but twice, and what appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the primary bathroom, we did enjoy our stay and had zero other complaints or issues with the condo. This is our favorite resort for a long weekend getaway and everything else was absolutely perfect.
