Step outside at sunrise, take a stroll on the pristine beach, grab a coffee at the beach café, have a swim, then go back to the house for brekkie on your private deck, then come and go all day to and from one of three beaches at your doorstep, surf, swim, read, relax, snooze, and then after all that activity, enjoy cocktails on your deck, whilst listening to your favourite tunes and watching the perfect sunset.

The enormous, covered deck at the back showcases beautiful sunsets, and spans a wide vista all the way north to the Bahai'i temple to Narrabeen Lake and surrounding bushland. New covered 1st floor deck is perfect for entertaining with a seperate large lounge area and dining area with a farmhouse style table that seats 12.

Loungeroom – couch is a pull-out double bed as well. Looks out to the ocean and is a morning sunrise suntrap.
