1. Garbage Please don't leave any garbage, especially food waste that can cause unpleasant odors, which can result in extra cleaning fees.
2. Keys Please remember to return the keys. Misplacing or losing the keys will result in extra charges for replacement.
Any type of smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside and outside. If discovered, it will result in heavy fines by building strata.

We loved our stay at BlueMoon! Sohee was very easy to communicate with and she was so accommodating during our stay, it made our visit to Vancouver with our two young children very easy. The condo is very clean and has everything you could need. The play room in the building was also amazing for our children!The condo is located right next to a Sky Train station making it easy to get around the city and the airport. Amazing stay at a beautiful Vancouver apartment! The host gave us very specific information about the check in and parking process that was very helpful. Beautiful views from amazing apartment

We loved this place and it was just as depicted in the listing. The views are stunning with floor to ceiling windows in every room. So well appointed and comfortable. It was VERY conveniently located next to the subway and many restaurants and conveniences. Maybe not the best neighborhood in Vancouver, but just a short walk or short ride to anywhere you want to go.

We have stayed at a few VRBO locations in different countries and all have their pros and cons….this one was all pros! Sohee was so helpful in explaining every detail about location, check in, parking, pool, nearby activities, garbage, etc. she even uploaded videos showing everything. The location of this property was amazing. Walking distance to make local attractions and just downstairs is a grocery store, bakery, pizza place, coffee shop, etc. very convenient. 2 bed 2 bath it was a good size, laundry and dryer worked really well and the views are amazing.

Good place to stay if you’re going to stadium event. Close to BC Center and hockey arena. Condo Needs painting. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils (spatulas, etc) and nonstick pans.
