The home features a king bed and sofa sleeper in the open living room / full kitchen. Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort provides an array of amenities including 1000 feet of beach, pier, clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, lakeside firepits and plenty of lake and mountain sport rental shops nearby. Enjoy the beach, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, a cozy gas fireplace, and in wall air cooling unit, making it perfect for a romantic retreat or family adventure.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.

• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

Enjoy the convenience of a contemporary kitchen featuring the appliances and space needed to cook up a romantic dinner. Start your day w/ a cup of coffee by the fireplace or on the balcony before heading out to the slopes, trails, or day at the beach. After a long day of fun pull out the sofa sleeper for family movie night in the living room. Then retreat to a peaceful slumber in the spacious king-sized bedroom, complete with a 26-inch HDTV offering various streaming options.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Get around the city for free w/ the city’s new “Lake Link” on-dem and ride service. Or use the Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Boat, Bike and SUP and kayak rental is walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This unit does not include access to beach towel service. We provide all the linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach.

Please Note: The Lodge is accessed by approximately 25 steps. First-come, first-served garage parking is available beneath the building, with elevator access from the garage to the Lodge.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA dog, we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.
