Renovated Studio in the Lakeland Village Resort Lodge, a serene haven perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family adventure. Nestled in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, this cozy home puts you minutes away from top attractions such as Heavenly Ski Resort, pristine golf courses & the breathtaking Emerald Bay. Whether you're looking to hit the hiking trails, or exploring local dining & shopping, this studio offers the ideal base for your South Lake Tahoe vacation.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 3.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped w/ a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months & additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay comfortable.

This welcoming studio features a recently updated kitchen w/ modern appliances & a handy kitchen island. The newly remodeled bathroom has a convenient walk-in shower. Cozy up by the gas fireplace for added warmth. The studio offers a king-sized bed outfitted w/ high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep as you recharge for another day. For entertainment, there's a flat-screen HDTV with cable—perfect for those moments when you're not exploring the beach, mountains, or lake, or taking advantage of the resort's pools, hot tubs, & fitness center.

Lakeland Village is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort & within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs & bowling alleys. The resort offers a wealth of amenities, including two heated pools, a kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, a private beach/pier, lakeside patio fire pits & boat buoys on a first-come, first-served basis.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle - pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the on-site management company & does not include access to daily maid service, or towel service. Not to worry however, we provide all the linens & towels for your use in the home & at the beach.

Boat, SUP & kayak rental is walking distance of Lakeland Village in the summer & ski/snowboard rental in the winter.
