The house features a split floor plan for privacy for you & your guests. As you enter the house to your right, is a Florida room with 3 sliding glass doors to enjoy the tropical views of the pool & hot tub with a fenced in backyard full of tropical landscapes.
Behind this area is a separate room to enjoy family activities or your favorite sporting event on the big screen TV.

Next to the Florida room is the master bedroom with a (new) King bed with a dresser & big screen TV. It has an ensuite with a walk-in closet. The master ensuite consist of a stand-up shower. The room also comes with a sliding glass door to give access to the Lanai & pool.

In the middle of the home is the kitchen with a view of the beautiful backyard. It recently just had updated appliances that has the option for airfryer on the oven.

The dining room table is just off the kitchen that will accomodate 6 people. It also features a seating area with a big screen TV with yet another sliding glass door to the Lanai.

The other two bedrooms share a full tub/shower. There is a door that leads out to the Lanai for access when using the pool/hot tub or just enjoying the Lanai.
The first spare bedroom is a (new) Queen bed with big screen TV & walk-in closet as well as a dresser. The other bedroom consist of 2 twin beds & a large closet with a dresser.

The laundry room is off the dining room with a utility sink as well as a washer & dryer.

Enjoy your meals or your favorite beverage on the Lanai that has plenty lounge chairs & seating. There is a table large enough for all 6 guests. Comes equipped with a gas grill.

As much as we enjoy the ocean, the backyard is amazing with all it has to offer. No obstructions from getting sun whether in the pool or spa. The pool comes equipped with a splash pad as well as a variety of lighting for the pool or spa.

The house features a 2 car garage along with a refrigerator & freezer to give you plenty of room inside & out. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach cart.

ALERT! Please be aware of the Burrowing owls. Do NOT approach them or feed them. They are a protected species. Do not approach the roped off areas.
