The interior of this house is quite a surprise and VERY welcoming!
it is quaint and quirky and offers finer touches such as Bromley dinnerware and artwork by local artist Tegan Crosby. The bedrooms are smaller however, do offer super comfy beds adorned in the super luxurious linen sheets.
AND last but not least, this property is attached to a gorgeous, busy little cafe where you can enjoy a coffee and/or brunch or light lunch…it’s open 7.30 m-3pm Monday to Saturday.

Soldiers Hill is an important heritage area in Ballarat and the entire suburb is covered by a City of Ballarat Heritage Overlay. It has a substantially intact Victorian era architectural character, with many of its buildings featuring an abundance of period detail including distinctive decorative cast iron ornament.

Conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk to the Ballarat railway station and bus depot. The property also provides ample off-street parking, but please abide by signed areas. One car park is available at the rear of the property, if needed access can be given. Parking is also available at the railway station.
Must leave property the way you found it.

Dishes must be done.
