I stayed with my adult daughter and husband for a long weekend. The house was very clean and conveniently located. It is only one or two blocks fro. Lake Michigan and right off the main boulevard.
We were very happy with the property and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The ferry was only a very short drive away which made it convenient for us since we departed Ludington on the ferry
Property was clean and ready for use. Nice neighborhood, and in a perfect spot to walk to beach, downtown, or the marina. Overall a great value for the area.
This was our 6th year staying in Ludington over the 4th of July. This house was great! Very spacious and clean. Had all amenities needed, the location was perfect. We loaded up our wagon and walked to the beach for the day. Then had a nice little walk into town for dinner. Added bonus was the Art fair right across the street. Will definitely be booking this house again!
Ludington was even more fun than we anticipated. They have so many great bars and restaraunts with a very reliable cab system. The location was perfect between beach access and downtown. It was cold while we were there but it was still close enough to walk wherever you would want to go. Property manager was very attentive and pleasant.
Don’t judge a book by its cover ! This house could for sure use an update on the outside but the inside was cute and exactly what we needed . Location was awesome !! We booked for next year same weekend . Simple & clean .. perfect rental ! Thank You !!

Close to the water
I love how close to the water we were! I came to Michigan to have my father meet his new granddaughter, and he works on the Badger. It was really nice to be close enough that we could wave him off in the morning. The place was cozy.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Good location, quiet, easy parking. Need more attention to cleaning. Tub was dirty, looked like mop water was poured into tub and then not cleaned. We cleaned the tub.Response from host regarding problem with TV was slow.Aside from these two issues, overall experience was good.Very comfortable beds and living room furniture.

Cozy, clean and well located
We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our needs. We stayed 6 nights and though we had not planned to do any laundry, it was great that it was on site for the unexpected spill that needed to be washed out of the shirt before stain set. Living room seating was well placed, enjoyed watching the neighborhood walkers. The location was great also, close to the beach and House of Flavors; perfect! Well stocked kitchen for the one night we ate in. I hope to be back and stay again.
My adult daughters and their husbands stayed in the house for a couple of nights because we didn’t have room at our house. The house was nice and clean. The price of $88 dollars a night sounded great until all of the fees were added. The two nights came to over $500. Next time I’ll book a hotel for them.
Like everyone has noted - the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance: marina, beach area, parks, and downtown. The house is very nice and well kept up. It had everything we needed….even a choice between a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Be advised that this is an older house but it has obviously been updated. (There are ample outlets in plain view to charge all your devices.) Also it was very clean. If I get to Ludington again - I would definitely rent this house again. (Ludington is a charming town - don’t skip the ice cream at House of Flavors and make sure you check out the trails and sand dunes at the Ludington State Park just minutes away by car.)

Ludington Trip
This house was perfect for our little business trip. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. As a bonus it was just outside of the downtown and a short walk to Lake Michigan. Overall a great stay.
