The private backyard is spacious with a swimming pool (heating optional with fee), outdoor seating, and BBQ. This home is located a short 15 minute drive to both Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.

This 4bdr/3ba Home is an Arizona Gem located in the heart of the Phoenix lifestyle area. This iconic AZ home is 2002sq ft. bursting with style and comfort. Spacious living room, open concept kitchen ready for entertaining and two separate areas for remote working. This home features an outdoor oasis with plenty of patio space, perfect for your family gatherings or just relaxing by the pool. Surrounded by the best restaurants and shopping, only minutes from the airport. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master suite with queen-size bed and en-suite full bathroom
Junior suite with queen-size bed and en-suite full bathroom
Two private bedrooms with queen-size beds
Guest bathroom
COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.
ENTERTAINMENT:
72` HDTV in living room with Smart TV. Streaming apps available, please bring your own passwords.

POOL:
6 ft deep
Not gated - back door is self closing and self latching to adhere to pool safety guidelines.
Heating Optional - the pool is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($60/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.
PETS:
Please let us know if you have pets as dogs only are welcome to stay here. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a startup supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

- Operating or maintaining a sober living home;
- Selling liquor, illegal drugs or pornography;
- Operating a nude or topless dancing;
- Obscenity;
- Adult-oriented business; or
- Other uses prohibited by A.R.S. 9-500.39
Disclaimers
As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. Guests are responsible for picking up any exterior waste they create including evidence of smoking. Additional cleaning fees may be charged. Evidence of Marijuana left in the home will also result in a $250 fine.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $400, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
Groups will have access to all areas of the home. You also have access to the laundry room if you`ve been on the road for a while, and the kitchen in case you want to cook a home-cooked meal.

We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 5-20 minutes to many popular destinations.

The property was well designed with open living space for sharing meals and family time. The kitchen had a large island—a great gathering space. Beds comfortable and clean. The pool was clean and well maintained. When needed, we had prompt communication with the property management team. The location was very convenient—10 minutes from the Phoenix airport! We would definitely stay here again.

We had some initial rough spots with serious front lock and air conditioning problems, but they were truly fluke issued and property management was very responsive handling them quickly. The house is great, very well modernized with recent kitchen and bathroom renovations. Very well appointed with everything you could want. Pool area is great!

Great location for what we wanted. Dryer was not efficient. Liked how we had to use two hands to go out in the back. TV in the guest rooms would be nice. Bathroom spray would also have been nice. Appliances were really good.
