Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $35 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
