Just What The Doctored Ordered...Or Should Order!
Having wintered the last 6 years in Naples, we were ready for a quieter and less congested location...Hacienda Del Mar suited us very nicely.
We exchanged a few Q&As with owner Pam, signed the contract, and a few months later, drove down from Michigan for an extended February-March stay. The building is very attractively designed; the unit very, very, quiet; and the 7 building community well landscaped and maintained. We visited the manatees in the boat basin most afternoons, and enjoyed watching boats navigate the inter-coastal waterway.
The unit is fully-equipped with high quality appliances, and every convenience (including beach chairs and tote buggy). We especially enjoyed the lanai and its electric grill (and found the Publix a few minutes down the road to have everything we needed). I needn't go into the nearby attractions, as Pam has left books of materials for her guests.
We are pleased to recommend Pam's condo to all, and especially to those appreciating a quiet location conducive to total relaxation. Pam is a pleasure to do business with.
