Welcome to Grantley Haven, just 210m away from the stunning Victor Harbor Esplanade and beachfront. This newly built luxury two storey five-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Victor Harbor is just a short walk or ride on flat ground, away from the many cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops. Head down to the Victor Harbor Horse Tram which will take you over to the beautiful Granite Island.

The Space:

The large open plan living/dining room includes a large modular chaise lounge, 75-inch smart TV, electric fireplace and a dining suite to seat ten. There is a large modern kitchen with ample bench space, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooking, walk in pantry, microwave, coffee machine and more. Breakfast bar to seat four.
Sit on the large balcony and enjoy the afternoon sea breeze whilst cooking a BBQ on the Webber Q,
listen out for the toot, toot of the iconic Cockle train as it slowly passes by.

Bedroom one is enormous and includes a queen bed, Smart 40-inch TV, walk in robe and has a ceiling fan. The ensuite feels luxurious with a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.

Downstairs
At the rear of the home is a large family room and kitchenette which has a microwave, bar fridge, kettle and sink. This area is ideal for a kids retreat with 75-inch smart TV and access to the fully enclosed back yard with external games room. In the games room you can play table tennis, air hockey, quoits or darts.
This newly built home has four large bedrooms downstairs. There are two with queen beds and built in robes and two with two sets of king single bunk beds in each.
The main bathroom has a shower and bath, there is a powder room with double sinks and a separate toilet.
