Perfect for large groups of family and friends, wedding guests or milestone occasions, Colle Arcano Estate features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across the main house and guest cottage. Please note 1 Bathroom is located outdoors accessed from the covered cabana area.
 
The main residence exudes a five-star French provincial charm and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are fitted with full sized, clawfoot baths. The guest cottage features a further two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
 
On arrival, grand gates welcome you along the crushed granite, circular drive into this landscaped retreat. Step inside to be greeted with two inviting living spaces, one for summer and the other with a crackling wood fireplace crafted from hand-hewn stone creating a cosy ambience of the countryside. Both perfect spots to sink into the generous sofas, spend time with loved ones or catch a movie. The French Country style kitchen is an entertainers dream and is complemented by top-of-the-line Smeg appliances. The adjacent dining area features a huge picture window, perfectly framing the views of the lush green back yard, fire pit and rolling hills beyond. Please note, Colle Arcano Estate has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property.  Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

Please note that one of the 5.5 Bathrooms is an outdoor bathroom located in the cabana beside the pool near the Main House.

Bedroom Three –  2 Bunk Beds (please note the two bottom bunks will fit 1 adult each. The two top bunks are suitable for children aged under 13 years only). (4)

TARIFF

Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,794 per night (Thu-Fri or Fri-Sat or Sat-Sun)
Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 10 guests (adults or children) $1,345 per night (Mon-Thu)
Extra children aged 2-12 are charged at $64 per child per night.
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit/bond of $1500 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time. 

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES 
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
