First family trip to Gulf shores

It was pleasant, our first time going so we had to take time to see where to go or what to do. Pool was a little smaller than expected otherwise not a bad walk to the beach and a close drive to near by restaurants and attractions

Excellent place to stay

Binder made sure we had everything we need to check in. The place was super nice and clean. When we found stuff tore up we called them and they took care of it right away. We would rent from them again.

Amazing experience, Amazing Vacation

The property manager kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything. It was a amazing trip, would definitely come back. Easy access to the beach in walking distance. Great restaurants around for all types of appetites. Even for the picky eater like me!! So if you want a nice cozy condo, quite and still a beautiful view check out The Village 13-D. You will love it. And also get your cardio in.

Although the condo was across the street from the beach, it was very easy to access the water and we had no issues all weekend. We also loved the fact that S&S Seafood and a grocery store were within walking distance. The kids loved the up stares loft.
