Property was clean, comfortable, in a good location, and dog friendly. The only negatives were that the property has no grassed area (only a small section of fake grass) so you need to take your dog out to the footpath for toileting and the coffee table in the lounge area has an unusual shape making it a hazard for toes, everyone in our family managed to painfully stub their toe on it!
My daughter was getting married, and we wanted a house to stay in that we could entertain family and friends as they came for the wedding - we wanted a community hub. I was also working so needed a space to come and go to do work as needed. Also, we were baby-sitting my daughter's 2 1/2 yr old daughter.
This property delivered, it was big enough to have visitors and yet cozy enough for those nights when it was just my wife and me with our granddaughter. I was also impressed with the quality and quantity of household items, lots of plates, sharp knives and other items that are often missing (and frustrating) when renting houses.
Working was a breeze and the wifi was solid. I managed to get everything done I needed too but also enjoy the 5 days with family and friends. I could get used to that lifestyle - maybe a bridge to retirement?
