Florida-style bedroom arrangement features the primary suite with a luxurious bath and balcony. the other two bedrooms and a bath on the other for maximum privacy. Beautiful kitchen and spacious dining area seats 8 comfortably. "Well-maintained second-floor unit with both front and back deck. Great Location within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, miniature golf, and so much more. Please note, that all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of the reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. NO PETS, NO PROMS. NO WEDDINGS No smoking permitted.
